1) Eligible Cases (Return/Exchange)

You can request a return or exchange if you received:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in the parcel

2) Not Eligible (No Return/Refund)

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Opened/used products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Change of mind / didn’t like the product

  • Minor packaging variations by the brand

3) Time Limit to Report

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

4) Proof Required

To process your claim, please share:

  • Unboxing video (from sealed parcel to opening)
  • Clear photos of the issue (damage/leak/wrong item)
  • Your order number

5) Return / Exchange Process

6) Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are sent via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (as applicable).
  • Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval.

7) Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping (as applicable).
  • If the return is not due to our error, shipping charges may apply.

8) Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
